Applicants for ECFMG Certification must document the completion of all requirements for, and receipt of, the final medical diploma. Consult the Reference Guide for Medical Education Credentials and refer to the country of your medical school for the exact degree title you must be working toward (if a student) or must have earned (if a graduate) in order to be eligible for ECFMG Certification and the examinations required for Certification.
