Applications

If your medical registration board or other organization requires EICS verification of medical credentials, the board will provide you with its customized EICS application materials. To access applications for the following boards, visit their websites.

Canada

The customized application packets for some EICS participating medical registration boards are available below. The EICS application packet includes the EICS application and instructions.

Australia

 

Medical Board of Queensland
International Medical Graduates (IMGs) applying for registration in Queensland are instructed to submit their EICS verification application through the Australian Medical Council (AMC). Further instructions are available on the registration pages of the Medical Board of Queensland's website.

Medical Board of Western Australia
Medical Council of Tasmania
 

New South Wales Medical Board
International Medical Graduates (IMGs) applying for registration in New South Wales will now have their medical credentials submitted to EICS for primary source verification through the Australian Medical Council (AMC). In conjunction with this change, the EICS paper application for the New South Wales Medical Board (NSWMB) has been discontinued.

Please visit the NSWMB website at section 2.2 for detailed information on this change and instructions for submitting your credentials through the AMC.
